Steve has led in some capacity of music ministry since he was 16yrs old and learning to play the guitar. In high school, he was highly involved with Young Life Ministries and that continued through his time in college at Baylor University leading high school students in worship, as the main music leader for the Waco, TX area Young Life Association.
Steve has served in many churches in the Southeast Texas area as an interim music minister over the last 10 years. In 2019, after leading FBC Orangefield as the interim music leader, The Lord lead Steve and his family to join and be the permanent music minister on staff.
Steve and Jennifer have been married for 22 years and they have 3 amazing children, JP, Grace and Kendel Rae.
